3. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, sizing, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, current, or error‑free. Colors may vary depending on your device’s screen settings.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are processed through third‑party secure payment processors. We do not store full credit card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship primarily within the United States. International shipping availability and rates, if any, are specified at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Rebecca Kristine pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) and final sale items are not returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca Kristine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable product or, if no purchase was made, fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebecca Kristine LLC, its members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rebecca Kristine LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
